In a duel between two Premier League teams, Arsenal beat Newcastle 2-0 in extra time and advanced to the fourth round of the FA Cup. The match, held at Emirates Stadium in London, was played last Saturday (09). The goals of the game were scored by Smith Rowe and Aubameyang.

In a first half of little emotion, Newcastle started with more possession of the ball, but the first big chance of goal was created by the Gunners. At 24, David Luiz gave Aubameyang a great throw, who kicked with his right leg, but goalkeeper Dubravka made a great save. On the rebound, however, Willian missed the shot.

The game ended in a draw and went to extra time. After much insistence, Arsenal opened the scoring at the beginning of the second stage. After an elaborate move, Lacazette headed the ball over to Smith Rowe, who shot a cross from the right leg in the corner of Dubravka. Arsenal will return to the field this Thursday (14th), and will be against Crystal Palace for the Premier League.
